• Applicant must be registered with Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• Applicant must have their own homes, but not have toilets in it.
• Applicant must not have received similar benefits from any other government scheme.
• Applicant must be regularly depositing contributions.
• Applicant must have an Aadhaar card.
• Applicant must have a bank account in a CBS branch of a nationalized bank.

• The scheme provides a grant of ₹12,000/- to eligible construction workers.
