• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh state.
• The applicant's husband has died.
• The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years.
• The annual income of the applicant and her family from all sources should not exceed ₹ 2,00,000/-

Financial Assistance : ₹1,000/- per month

> The applicant should not be receiving pension from any other scheme of the state or central government.
